Francis Purcell came and viewed the project. He presented me with numerous options for solutions to my basement foundation issues.I decided on an option and we set a date. They actually called a few days prior to see if I wished to move the schedule up which I did.They sent a 2 man crew and I had six adjustable beams installed in less than 5 hours.The crew was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly reccommed this company and this is the 2nd time that I've used them.Awesome Experience!

We recently had Ohio Basement Authority at our home to complete repairs on a basement wall. During the repair process, the work being performed did not align with our understanding or expectations. After contacting the main customer service line, I received some assistance, but several of my questions and concerns remained unresolved. I was then connected with Jake Merrill, Field Supervisor, whose involvement made a significant difference. Jake listened carefully, acknowledged that the project was not progressing as either of us expected, and assured me he would take immediate steps to correct the situation and ensure the work was completed that same day. His communication—both by phone and text—was prompt, clear, and consistently professional. Jake delivered on every commitment he made. The repairs were completed successfully that day, and we are very pleased with the final result. In an environment where exceptional customer service is increasingly rare, Jake demonstrated genuine dedication to resolving the issue and ensuring our satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate Jake Merrill’s efforts. Jake was a difference maker in the results and our appreciation for the job results.

I had an outstanding experience with Darin DeRosa, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He conducted a detailed inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt supported and confident throughout the process. This was my third time going through this, and Darin provided the level of comfort and dedication I had been looking for. He was truly committed to helping me succeed, and thanks to his efforts, I was approved for the loan I needed to finish my basement. Unfortunately, the potential foundation repairs were for a home that I was under contract to buy, but had to backout because the seller refused to lower the purchase price to compensate. However, based on the genuine experience with Mark, I'd recommend this company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with **** *. from Ohio Basement Authority on a challenging basement project, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. While the job took longer than initially expected due to unforeseen complications, ****** commitment and professionalism never wavered. He consistently followed through on every promise he made, keeping me informed and at ease throughout the process.**** was joined by ***** *. and ***** *., who were incredible teammates. These two were hardworking, reliable, and just as pleasant to have around. They worked tirelessly, never once slowing down or losing focus. The team as a whole was exceptional, and their efforts were truly appreciated.What stood out the most, though, was ****** attitude. Even when problems arose, which inevitably happens with a job of this magnitude, he maintained the most positive and professional demeanor Ive ever encountered with anyone working in my home. He approached each challenge with a smile, finding solutions without letting it affect the quality of his work or the rapport he built with us.**** is the kind of worker you dont come across every day. I have had several jobs done by this company. When they say that customer satisfaction is their priority, they mean it. The first job was a waterproofing for my basement, which has worked flawlessly thus far after nearly 4 years. The most recent job is much more complicated. I got a battery backup sump pump and crawl space encapsulation. It was actually fairly poorly done, and there was a flood in my basement a couple of days later, ironically, as well as a lot of water damage in my laundry room amongst a few other things. I reached out to them about it and spoke with Field Supervisor Levi, and GM Joe Manion, who are both spectacular men to interact with in a situation like this. They were both kind and understanding of the difficult time I was having. They not only fixed the issues the last crew didn't complete or didn't do well, but they also made up for it by offering either a discount on my job or the option of additional work done. I chose to get some additional work done as I needed it anyway, and the experience was as fantastic as I am used to from this company. The crew they sent out to do my basement egress window were superb, and the foreman was more than accommodating and polite the entire time. I really wish I could remember the foreman's name. You can tell he really cares about his crew, his customer, and is very skilled at his job. Overall, I am very happy with not only the quality of work out of this company, but also the lengths they will go to make things right for a customer. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need any more work that they provide!
