Meeting our Mission

Part of our mission at Ohio Basement Authority is striving to provide a high level of customer service to our customers by conducting our business in an honest manner with the highest level of integrity. Not only does this include serving our external customers – the thousands of homeowners we assist every year – it also extends to our internal customers – our many dedicated team members.

Whether one of our employees needs a little extra assistance, or simply a pat on the back for support, we make sure we take care of our team. For they are not just teammates and colleagues, they are members of the Ohio Basement Authority family.

Along with enjoying each other's company, several of our employees volunteered to serve food during the picnic.Investing in our People

Our production team is made up of many talented and dedicated installation crew members and foremen. Several crew members are very active in their church, El Shaddai. Upon learning of their involvement, we wanted to do something fun to show our appreciation for all of their hard work.

One of our longtime teammates who also catered in his spare time prepared a delicious meal, and several employees volunteered to serve the food at a picnic.

A Time for Fellowship, Food and Fun

This evening of fellowship was held July 8 at one of the shelter houses within Blacklick Woods Metro Park in Reynoldsburg. The event drew approximately 80 parishioners and their families, as well as 20 Ohio Basement Authority employees. The evening gave our team an opportunity to catch up with each other’s lives outside of work, and for us to come together for the common goal of supporting our own family.

One of our previous employees, who was a dedicated foreman for many years at Ohio Basement Authority, is one of the El Shaddai parishioners. He was pleased with the turnout and touched by our effort to be involved with something that is so dear to his heart.

“It meant a lot to me,” he said. “I can definitely count on you guys for any church event or anything. The pastor and the congregation are also very thankful. May all you guys be filled with many blessings.”
