A look back at customer feedback from 2014.

This may be the most researched and most enjoyable blog I’ve compiled during my time at Ohio Basement Authority.

I keep track of all the reviews and testimonials we receive, so it’s fairly easy to pull them from my files. We receive so many glowing pieces of customer feedback, and it is challenging to narrow them down to just a snapshot of the year. I wanted to highlight our website reviews and testimonials that speak to our company’s culture, how dedicated our teammates are, and the remarkable, WOW! experiences our customers have with us.

It was all hands on deck when the area received copious amounts of rainwater during a short time span this summer. We wanted to make sure we assisted all of our customers with wet basements, and we greatly appreciated all their patience and understanding.
