After living in her house for almost 10 years, a homeowner in New Carlisle, OH, grew concerned when she started having problems with the sewer line serving her house. She knew she needed to have this taken care of right away, so she quickly began to research repair possibilities.
She contacted Ohio Basement Authority after finding information about our company on online resources like Home Advisor. She then met with one of our inspectors who assessed the condition of the sewer lateral. Our inspector then recommended having one of our expert crews out to replace the sewer line.
Field Supervisor Adam Kuhns then led his crew in the sewer line replacement project.
The crew carefully excavated the yard to gain access to the line. The failing clay pipes were removed and replaced with stronger and more durable SDR 35 plastic sewer pipes.
Once the necessary inspections were passed, the soil and gravel was then backfilled.
The homeowner is pleased to now have an updated sewer line serving her house.
