I had not heard of you until I discovered your rating on the BBB. Having already educated myself regarding radon mitigation systems and what to expect, I called and spoke to Shad. He was very helpful, and from our conversation I felt assured that I had called the right place. My questions and concerns were discussed, and we quickly had an appointment arranged for an initial review and quotation.
I chose to work with Ohio Basement Authority because of the fact that after 196 reviews with the BBB, you had a 4.96 rating. I thought this spoke volumes. And, having tried to educate myself, I felt that your company representatives demonstrated subject knowledge and professionalism.
My installation crew was David and Brian. They called ahead as promised and arrived on time. After doing a very professional job, they were finished just when they said they would be. Both of them were very good, and I would recommend them to anyone. I think they represented your company very nicely. It was evident that they intended to make me feel like the entire experience was a “WOW!” and it was. When they left there was nothing left for me to do. Everything was put back in perfect order.

Shad’s several years of experience through a variety of positions in the customer service arena makes him a valuable asset to Ohio Basement Authority. He is very tech savvy, making it easy to navigate through our system. This, in turn, helps take care of our customers more efficiently.
Along with working in a positive and friendly team-oriented environment, Shad takes pride in building relationships with homeowners.
