A homeowner in Rushville, OH, asked us to come look at a caving in wall in her crawl space. Animals had gotten in through the cracks and pulled down the duct work. She needed a solution to stabilize the wall, fix the damage, and keep animals out. It was also very cold in her home because of the openings.
One of our inspectors visited the home and assessed the various problems the owner was facing. He suggested using IntelliJack supports to stabilize the collapsing floor joists; a wall rebuild of the faulty wall; CrawlSeal Liner to keep dirt, moisture, and pests out; ExTremeBloc panels and spray foam for insulation; and a new downspout pipe with a YardWell Outlet to give all of that water an exit route.
All of these reliable repairs worked together to stabilize and repair the home, and will prevent something like this from happening again.
