Album Description
New homeowners in Ironton, OH were finding water leakage in the basement corner where the gutters were draining. The previous owners had placed a runoff extension at the base, but water was still running into the basement after rains. The was causing damages to the basement, including the wood paneling. So, after doing and internet search, they called us.
One of our inspectors met with the owners, surveyed the problem, and determined what the best options for repair were. He quoted them for a new polyethylene pipe that would carry this gutter water into the street instead of alongside their foundation walls.
After that, an experienced production crew came and installed a three-inch diameter pipe under the sidewalk and yard to drain water away from the home. This polyethylene pipe will not split, break, or crack like other generic pipe materials.
