We at Ohio Basement Authority pride ourselves on providing quality permanent solutions to homeowners, and we always are excited to help happy homeowners who become repeat customers.
After acquiring a rental property, a homeowner in Washington Court House, OH, wanted to ensure its structural stability. He contacted Ohio Basement Authority after seeing our TV ads, and he then met with one of our inspectors. Our inspector evaluated the failing walls and recommended one type of our reliable foundation repair solutions.
During the time in between this initial appointment and the installation project, the homeowner was eager to have our inspector take a look at his personal home. The owner noticed water leaking into the basement, and he called our inspector back out to see how we could help with this additional issue.
Along with structurally stabilizing the owner’s rental property, the same crew led by Ryan Toledo also waterproofed the man’s personal home. This included installing the BasementGutter interior drainage system to intercept any seeping water. This water is then directed to the SafeDri sump pump that we installed to replace the outdated pumping system. We also placed a FloodRing around the water tank and attached a FreezeGuard to the exterior sump pump discharge line
The owner was happy to work with Ohio Basement Authority on two projects, and now has peace of mind to have safer and healthier living environments.
