Album Description
After living in their house for many years, homeowners in Pickerington, OH, could no longer ignore a longtime issue. Water was slightly seeping into the basement, and the owners didn’t want to have to worry about a flood or other damage from this water.
Motivated to address this problem once and for all, the owners began to research potential repairs. They contacted Ohio Basement Authority after finding information about our company online, and they were eager to learn more about how we could help them. They met with one of our inspectors who assessed the condition of the basement. Along with evidence of water intrusion and damage, our inspector also noticed a nasty partial crawl space adjacent to the basement. He then recommended the perfect repairs for both of these areas.
One of our crews then waterproofed the basement with the BasementGutter interior drainage system, SafeDri Triple sump pump, dehumidifier, and FreezeGuard exterior discharge line attachments.
The crawl space also was encapsulated with CrawlSeal liner, insulated with ExTremeBloc panels, and sealed from the outside with a vent cover.
The homeowners are pleased to have a healthier basement, crawl space, and home because of these trustworthy repairs.
