Album Description
After living in their house for a few years, homeowners in Fredericktown, OH, recently noticed a problem that seemed to be worsening in the basement. Water leaked into the basement during heavy rains, leaving puddles and damage behind.
Concerned with the safety of their home and their belongings, the owners wanted to fix this problem once and for all. They were motivated to contact Ohio Basement Authority after seeing our TV ads. They then met with Inspector Andy Kennedy. Andy completed a thorough evaluation of the basement, and he presented the owners with some of our trustworthy basement waterproofing solutions.
One of our crews, led by Foreman Martimiano Alonso, then installed BasementGutter, SafeDri and other items to keep the basement dry. The sub-floor BasementGutter system intercepts water that seeps inside through the walls and floor. Any seeping water collected by BasementGutter is then directed to drain to the SafeDri Battery Backup System. The SafeDri then pumps this water out of the house through a discharge line. A FreezeGuard was attached to the exterior sump pump discharge line, and a YardWell was placed on the end of this line in the yard.
The homeowners are pleased these reliable solutions were installed to help them create a safe and dry living environment that they will be able to enjoy for many years to come.
