After living in their house for a few years, homeowners in Pataskala, OH, started to notice water seeping inside a few corners during heavy rains. These areas also happened to be where gutter downspouts were located on the home’s exterior.
The owners knew they could count on Ohio Basement Authority for the right solution, as they previously hired us to complete a foundation repair project in their former home. The owners again met with the same inspector who assessed the condition of the exterior drainage system. Our inspector then recommended replacing these lines.
One of our crews, led by Foreman Jamey Hackett, then installed new reliable 4” downspout conductor lines on the property. These likes were placed in the ground and directed far enough away from the home’s foundation.
The owners are pleased to now have an updated exterior drainage system that will help keep their home dry.
