Album Description
Homeowners in Lancaster, OH, decided they'd had enough of high energy bills and cold floors in the winter, and wanted to address the problem right away.
They rarely go into their crawl space, but they could tell the lack of insulation in the area was affecting the rest of their home.
They contacted Ohio Basement Authority, and one of our crews re-graded the crawl space floor so it would be more level. Drainage matting was then installed on the floor before encapsulating the area in Crawlseal liner. ExTremeBloc insulation panels were installed on the interior walls, and two vent covers were installed from the outside to stop unwanted outside air from entering the crawl space.
These products help keep the house warm, and meet the homeowners' goal of saving energy.
