Album Description
Homeowners recently moved into their house in Chillicothe, OH, and they began to notice their basement floors and carpet getting wet. As the ground began to thaw during the winter to spring transition, the water from rain and melting snow seeped into the basement.
The homeowners plan on finishing the basement, but they want to make sure the area will be a safe and dry environment.
They contacted Ohio Basement Authority, and one of our inspectors suggested various waterproofing and foundation reinforcement solutions.
One of our expert crews installed the BasementGutter drainage system, a SafeDri Triple Sump Pump, a FreezeGuard attached to a new discharge line, and several Carbon Fiber wall supports.
The homeowners are happy their home will be dry all the time, as well as structurally sound for many years to come.
