Album Description
After living in their house for many years, homeowners in Columbus, OH, recently noticed water in their basement during heavy rains. As much as six inches of water has been in the basement in the past. They use their basement for storage, and were worried about additional damage if this problem would get worse.
They contacted Ohio Basement Authority with the goal of finding a permanent waterproofing solution. One of our expert crews installed the BasementGutter Drainage System and SafeDri Triple Sump Pump to prevent water from entering the basement.
A FreezeGuard was attached to the exterior sump pump discharge line, and new downspout conductor lines were installed to drain water out to the street.
The homeowners are pleased their entire basement will be dry and a safe place for them to store their belongings.
