After living in his house in Westerville, OH, for many years, a homeowner began looking into selling the home but he knew it needed some waterproofing and foundation issues addressed.
Some of the foundation walls were cracking and bowing inward, and there was evidence of water damage on the floor and walls. Hoping to find a permanent solution that would add resale value to the home, he contacted Ohio Basement Authority.
One of our expert crews installed the BasementGutter drainage system and two SafeDri Triple Sump Pumps in the expansive basement. New discharge lines were also installed, as well as downspout conductor lines that were buried underground and directed out to the street.
Several Push Piers were installed underneath the foundation, and many Carbon Fiber wall supports were installed on the foundation walls.
The homeowner is happy the house will now be dry and structurally stable for future owners for many years to come.
