Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Installations in New Albany, OH

Album Description

Homeowners in New Albany, OH, were motivated to search for a permanent basement waterproofing solutions after several years of seeing water in their basement. Water would seep into the basement of their 50-year-old house every time it rained.

They contacted Ohio Basement Authority, and one of our expert crews completed a few waterproofing and foundation repair projects.

After the foundation was excavated down to the footer, the north foundation wall was pushed back to as plumb as possible. Exterior damp proofing was applied to the wall to prevent moisture intrusion, and the soil was backfilled and replaced.

The interior wall cracks were filled, and several Carbon Fiber wall supports were installed to further reinforce the foundation walls.

BasementGutter was installed throughout the basement's perimeter, and a SafeDri Triple sump pump was also installed. New downspout conductor lines were also installed and buried underground.

The homeowners are happy these installations will keep their house stable and free of water for many years to come.
