  • Even though these downspout lines direct water away from the home, it can still saturate the soil and seep through the foundation.
  • Having pipes running across the property above the ground is not a safe method for exterior drainage.
  • Burying the exterior drainage lines is a more effective way to keep draining water away from the home.
  • The lines were directed to drain water out to a ravine at the edge of the property. The installation is completed as the soil is replaced to bury the lines underground.

Album Description

After recently moving into their house in Gahanna, OH, homeowners wanted to make sure they would have a properly functioning exterior drainage system.

They contacted Ohio Basement Authority, and we installed new exterior drain lines on the property.

The homeowners are pleased to have an updated drainage system that will help keep water out of and away from the house.
