After moving into their house two years ago, homeowners in Alexandria, OH, soon discovered their 100-year-old house had a leaking basement. Every time it rained, water would seep inside and damage their belongings. Even though they had a sump pump, it was failing adequately pump the leaking water out of the basement. It also lacked a proper lid.
Motivated to address this issue once and for all, the homeowners contacted Ohio Basement Authority after learning about our company through a happy customer and trusted friend.
We then installed the sub-floor BasementGutter interior drainage system that intercepts any seeping water. This water is then directed to the SafeDri pump that replaced the older sump pump system. The back-up battery ensures the sump pump will always operate, even in the event of a power outage. This system also was installed with the larger SafeDri Triple liner for easy future upgrades if the homeowners choose to do so.
