Ohio Basement Authority is growing and looking to hire a highly motivated and positive Service Manager for its team. The person in this role will: 1) manage service technicians; 2) oversee the company's annual maintenance program and customer service opportunities/warranty work, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have: 1) stable and verifiable experience in customer service, construction, and foundation systems; 2) proficient computer skills; 3) strong verbal and written and communication skills; and 4) the proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to reach and even exceed business goals. This candidate will also have a high school diploma or college degree (preferred) and at least five years of experience in customer service, construction or management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record.
