Ohio Basement Authority and Jay B. Was extremely patient with me and my home’s needs. He took the time to explain what our house needed and demonstrate why it was needed. As a new home owner, it made me feel knowledgeable and ready to make the changes in the future. I appreciate his work ethic and his attention to detail as well.
