Scheduling an appointment was easy and Jonathan Reno arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection of the basement and outside walls after listening to my concerns. Jonathan provided an expert opinion, explaining his reasoning as he did. Turns out I didn't need repairs and he did not try a hard sell but simply offered that there were no active issues that needed attention, pointing out an area to monitor periodically to ensure no changes occur in the future.
