Concrete Repair With PolyRenewal®!

If you have a concrete sinking problem, we also offer concrete leveling so you can enjoy your driveway, sidewalk or patio again without worry. In the past, contractors relied upon mud jacking (also known as slab jacking, concrete lifting, concrete raising, grout pumping and slab leveling) to level concrete that had settled over time. This entailed pumping concrete slurry under the settled slab to raise it and hoping that the settlement wouldn't continue. At Ohio Basement Authority we use PolyRenewal® because it is a fast & efficient method to raise sinking concrete. This simple foam injection can stabilize your concrete slab for years to come!

We helped him permanently stabilize his house by installing the IntelliBrace System in his basement. A total of nine zinc-plated steel beams were installed along the south foundation wall to permanently stabilize it and prevent further inward bowing. Unlike other steel I-Beams, the patented IntelliBrace System allows the beams to be tightened. This can improve the condition of the problematic wall over time. I heard about Ohio Basement Authority from a contractor, and I chose to work with the company because it is well reputed in the market, and it is reasonably priced. My choice was based on the future value of my house. If I am to sell it some time, I won’t have to explain who did the work on it and the warranty. Ohio Basement Authority’s name is good enough for me.

The office staff was courteous, and the company representative I first met with was pretty good and well informed. The installation crew was on time and courteous, especially their leader/supervisor. I was very pleased with their work and ethics. That’s the best crew out there.

We began our sojourn with Ohio Basement Authority last year. They could not have been more courteous and professional. I also had the pleasure of being the “next door neighbor” to OBA during the 2016 Parade of Homes. We chose to work with Ohio Basement Authority because of the material that I read regarding your company, and the processes the company uses to remedy the various issues we were addressing. As it turns out, our project was completed over a two-week span. After Phase I, I insisted that the same foreman and his crew complete Phase II. There were a few times that they had to be creative in addressing unexpected issues. While I perceived the issues as monumental, they continuously reassured me that all would be fine throughout the completion of the projects. They were extremely perceptive regarding my anxiety. Everyone with the crew was a perfect gentleman. They also completely satisfied my wife with the work, and that is extremely rare. Thank you to the crew for making the project with its issues, palatable. Adam also completed an unexpected, but required, additional project of replacing the compromised water line to my basement. He, too, made a rather unwelcome additional project, palatable. Have I and will I recommend Ohio Basement Authority? Absolutely.

Your company was recommended by a friend, and I liked your solution to fix my problem the best. And you gave the best price. The office staff was courteous and helpful, and Corey was very polite and professional. He was very easy to work with throughout the whole process.

Rich and the installation crew called ahead to give me an hour's notice of when they would arrive, which allowed me plenty of time to get home from work. They were also very polite and thoroughly answered all my questions during the repair process. The crew did a great job cleaning up. They put plastic from the basement to the garage to protect my floors.

I am very pleased I selected your company. Rich and his crew did really good work and exceeded my expectations on the finished product. They paid very close attention to detail, which is something I appreciate.
