Album Description
After many years of living in their house, homeowners in Reynoldsburg, OH, were ready to sell their home. Before doing so, they knew they needed to address some lingering issues. There was visible evidence of water intrusion and damage, as well as problematic foundation walls that were cracking and tilting inward.
After seeing Ohio Basement Authority’s TV ads, the owners wanted to contact us to learn more about how we could help them. They met with one of our inspectors who completed a thorough evaluation of the home. Our inspector then recommended some of our reliable basement waterproofing and foundation repair solutions.
Foreman Jamey Hackett and his crew then worked to waterproof and stabilize the basement. The walls were first reinforced by several Carbon Fiber supports. These heavy-duty supports firmly adhere to the walls to permanently hold them in their current positions.
The basement was then waterproofed with the BasementGutter drainage system and a SafeDri Pro X sump pump. A FreezeGuard also was attached to the exterior sump pump discharge line to prevent flooding from frozen or blocked lines.
The homeowners are pleased to now have a living environment that will be safe and dry not only for themselves, but for the next owners, as well, because of these trustworthy repairs.
