Jordan came out to check our basement due to nonstop water coming in from the drains. He cannot figure it out why so much water coming in. My husband lives in this house for over 30 years and nothing like this happens. This is the second time water episode issue in our basement. Jordan went outside and check until he pointed out the construction next to our house. He is a life saver because been dealing this water for 3 days. Only happened when this construction for water lines begins. And we didn’t know until this new company Basement Doctor came out.

Chase came out to inspect my foundation issue this week and I was super impressed. He took his time and was very thorough. Little did he know I had obtained estimates from two other companies. Sorry Chase! The inspection he did was light years ahead of the other two and the diagnosis was the same as was the fix. But, the estimate came in significantly lower and did not involve ripping off my entire deck. Chase passed the vibe check and was super personable and explained everything so a layman like me could understand. I think he deserves a bonus and a raise. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a foundation repair.

We had an excellent experience with Ohio Basement Authority from start to finish. From the moment we called, their team was responsive, professional, and very helpful. They scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days, which was impressive. Joe Rhoads came out for the inspection, and he was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything in detail. He made sure we understood the issues, the solutions, and never rushed the process. You can tell he truly knows his job and cares about helping the customer. Honestly, Joe was a big reason we felt confident moving forward with Ohio Basement Authority. His approach, honesty, and expertise made a huge difference. Highly recommend both Joe and the company if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy basement work.

I recently hired this company to install two basement egress windows in one of my rental properties, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the first call, they were super quick to respond—got back to me right away, answered all my questions, and scheduled everything efficiently without any hassle. The team that came out was incredibly professional: polite, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with egress installations. They did a fantastic job on both windows—clean cuts, solid work around the foundation, great attention to detail, and they left the site spotless when they were done. The new windows look perfect, meet code, and add real value (and safety!) to the rental. If you’re a landlord or homeowner needing egress windows, I highly recommend them. Fast, professional, and top-quality work. Will definitely use them again!

Julio and his team went above and beyond making sure the basement of a historic church was taken care of better than a newborn to first time parents. The cleanliness, communication and pride of work is totally worth the investment. From Chelsa (sales rep) to the install team, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you!! 🙏

Eddie and his team (Isaiah and Maurice) were fantastic! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were extremely professional, friendly, competent, and efficient. Our sales rep (Chase) and concrete technician (Josh) were top notch as well. From start to finish, OBA has been a great company to work with and I’d highly recommend them for any basement, sump pump, water restoration, and gutter/downspout needs.

We hired Basement Authority to fix our foundation, and overall we had a very good experience. There was a small issue during the process, but the company really stepped up and took care of it promptly and professionally. It meant a lot to us that they stood behind their work and made sure everything was done right. That kind of accountability is hard to find this these days thank you Annette Finlayson

Chase Clemens came out to the house and spent several hours doing a detailed inspection and analysis of our basement. He presented all the possible solutions, pros and cons of each, and pitched a thoughtful recommendation. We were ultimately sold when he sang multiple verses of “Baby Shark” including the dance. Really brought it home. It went something like…. Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Baby shark Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Mommy shark Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Daddy shark Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandma shark Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark, do, do, do-do, do-do Grandpa shark
