My inspection was performed by Chelsa who arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. She did an excellent job. Not only was the information she provided detailed, it was very educational as well. I will say being a homeowner twice and having multiple inspections for various home projects, Chelsea was by far the best inspector I have ever encountered. I really believe her being female made the entire process a lot less intimidating.

We had our Basement waterproofed and everyone we worked with was excellent! Jacob came out to assess our basement and was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to be proactive and waterproof our basement. Aaron Ison and his team came to our house over a 2 day period and were great! Very professional, explained everything they were doing throughout the process, and kept everything clean. It was a great experience and would recommend them for all your basement needs.

From the field inspector, Tanner, to the foreman, Joseph, the experience has been great! Everyone was very professional and communicated well. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. Joseph and his crew showed up on time, very courteous, explained the job, and cleaned up completely. The work done was a crawlspace waterproofing system and encapsulation.

He went above and beyond with his inspection and made sure I understood not only the solutions available to me but even taught me about how foundations of homes are built – which I didn’t know too much about considering my house was built in the late 1800s. James Sandlin was courteous and friendly from the second he stepped into our home. He was very thoroughly with the review of our foundation and the needs we were looking to meet. We recently had Ohio Basement Authority at our home to complete repairs on a basement wall. During the repair process, the work being performed did not align with our understanding or expectations. After contacting the main customer service line, I received some assistance, but several of my questions and concerns remained unresolved. I was then connected with Jake Merrill, Field Supervisor, whose involvement made a significant difference. Jake listened carefully, acknowledged that the project was not progressing as either of us expected, and assured me he would take immediate steps to correct the situation and ensure the work was completed that same day. His communication—both by phone and text—was prompt, clear, and consistently professional. Jake delivered on every commitment he made. The repairs were completed successfully that day, and we are very pleased with the final result.
