I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase Clemens from Ohio Basement Authority, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Chase was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my basement and clearly explain what was going on beneath my home in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient he was in walking me through everything—he never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and honesty. What stood out most was his transparency and willingness to educate rather than just sell. It felt like he truly cared about helping me understand my situation and make the best decision for my home. If you’re dealing with basement issues and want someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, I highly recommend asking for Chase. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Thanks again, Chase!

Dave Syz, the inspector is very professional and compassionate. We have been in this house not even a year and having to deal with leaking into the walls of a beautifully finished basement, albeit a finishing scam, is a harrowing experience. Dave alleviated many concerns and answered every question I had, and some I didn't. He is an asset to his company and I look forward to finishing the job with these guys/gals.

My wife and I had a few contractors out to our property to assess our sinking garage slab issue. We ultimately decided to use Ohio Basement Authority as the consultant Nick came out, took measurements and provided details that others could not. We moved forward with having 5 piers installed under the slab. The team that came out to complete the work was Sean, Nick, and Elijah. What a team! They were awesome! They arrived on time, walked us through the process and had it all completed in the same day. Our floors is now even and the gaps that existed are now gone in the walls. Thank you to your team for taking care of this project for us. They also made it super easy with Payment Options for us as well which is perfect around the holiday season.

I had Jacob come out for an inspection after I purchased this property. He was friendly easy-going and just the type of sales person that I needed for this only negative side to all this is I wish that the 10% was a little pushed out further versus the same day, I think that’s kind of the downside of everything. However, his approach to fixing the situation measuring the walls figuring out everything was gonna flow through was great. I had zero issues directly with him. He was awesome great sales understanding and wasnt pushing things down my throat and somebody like me coming from sales. I don’t like the pushy sales man cause I was that.he didn’t really have an issue building great Rapport with me at all. And he was very truthful. He explained things very simply and easily although I did my resrarch to find out what my issues were so i had an idea of how things would go today, and was able to have a better idea/ plan for myself; he explained this is what we need to get done this is how our company does it. This is how we’re gonna do it. Also, I think what helped is he understood the scope of the work being a former foreman himself. I appreciate him coming out and this guy needs a raise or some more commission great dude great attitude, and great integrity, even better not a pushy sales man. Thank you jacob and thank you for being a man of integerity and honesty i appreciate it very, very much.

We had 5 different companies come out and look at our crawlspace. James, our inspector with Ohio Basement Authority, was the only one who we truly felt had our best interest in mind. He was the only one who we really felt listened to our concerns/wants and went above and beyond to create the solution that worked best for our situation. The knowledge-base he extended to us throughout the process and his availability for questions and follow-ups was second to none. The level of service and commitment James put into working with us not only will have us coming back to OBA exclusively for waterproofing needs, but also will be the first and only recommendation I will make to anyone I encounter needing similar solutions. Appreciate all of you!

After 30 years in our home, our foundation was in serious need of repair. Ohio Basement Authorities was selected to do the repair work needed to stabilize the home. They were very professional and quickly demonstrated that they had the expertise and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently get the job done. Very impressive was that a team of just 3 dug out a massive amount of dirt along the entire side of our house which then allowed them to install necessary materials to stabilize the foundation. Additionally, these 3 completed all needed work in less than a day and a half! Big shout out to Elijah, Robert and Isaiah W. from the Ohio Basement Authorities Branch in Cincinnati Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.
