Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

I have been noticing cracks in the outside corners of my foundation walls. Contacted a foundation repair company for an opinion. The representative arrived, spent 15 minutes looking at the cracking corners and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair my failing foundation. He didn't ask to go inside to look at the basement walls and never once reached out to me (other than emailing his estimate for repair) after leaving. Today I met with Max Waller from your company! From the very beginning Max was amazing! He brought a laser level and showed me the slight changes in the foundation due to settling over time. He went inside to the basement and took additional measurements of changes to the walls. In total he spent close to 2.5 hours inspecting, measuring and answering my many questions. By the time he finished I had complete confidence that his assessment of my foundation was honest and accurate! I plan on having him back out for a follow up towards the end of the summer months. You have special team member in Max!!

I highly recommend Chase! He went above and beyond with his inspection and made sure I understood not only the solutions available to me but even taught me about how foundations of homes are built – which I didn’t know too much about considering my house was built in the late 1800s. He was able to help me with finding a solution to my concerns and I trust that my house will be in good hands.

My home is unusualy long, large and awkwardly positioned on a steep slope. I worried for years it was too big of a task to repair thoroughly and would be far too expensive. I had quotes from various experts and never felt confident with any of their solutions. But yesterday I met Dan with Ohio Basement Authority and I have to say: MY OPINION CHANGED QUICKLY. I will never be able to thank @Dan Lauterbur enough for our home evaluation. He worked with precision and great attention to detail, addressing every nagging question, and concern I threw at him with a plethora of knowledge and expertise. His passion for construction and foundation repair was evident. Literally every minute was a fountain of knowledge; he did not rush and spent nearly 4 hours with me to complete our home evaluation, sketch and entire contract. Bringing over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, I can rest easy knowing Dan left no stone unturned during the process. Very excited to continue working with Dan as our Project Manager over the next three months and see our dreams come to fruition!!! I truly do not believe there is another foundation company out there that will have the man power for this monster of a project (32 push peirs, driveway deck, floors and more); all-the-while still making the process stress-free, smooth and affordable.
