Vanessa from the Ohio Basement Authority assessed my basement experiencing water intrusion. She and her colleague spent 2 hours with me discussing the issue and how they would address it. I felt satisfied with their knowledge, expertise, and their sales professionalism. Ultimately we decided to patch the crack with another company, because the Basement Authority’s solution was quite pricey. We plan to call Vanessa and Ohio Basement Authority if the problem persists post patch job.

He was the only one who we really felt listened to our concerns/wants and went above and beyond to create the solution that worked best for our situation. Louis Dave Christ and crew did an amazing job! They worked so hard for 3 days repairing and waterproofing my basement. Everyday they cleaned everything before leaving, sweeping the entire basement and foyer. They sprayed all the mud off my driveway and porch. Every morning Louis asked if I had any questions and showed me the completed work before leaving. I am so impressed with them. When the project was completed I could see he had a sense of pride in a job well done! Thank you for your hard work.
